High Pressure Reactor

High-pressure reactor is a typical innovation of magnetic drive device used in reaction equipment. It fundamentally solves the problem of shaft seal leakage which can not be overcome by packing seal and mechanical seal before. It has no leakage and pollution. It is the most ideal device for chemical reaction at high temperature and high pressure in China, especially for chemical reaction of flammable, explosive and toxic media. Out of its superiority.

Basic introduction

The material of autoclave body of high-pressure reactor is mainly made of stainless steel, and titanium (TA2), nickel (Ni6) and composite steel plates can be made according to different medium requirements. The structure of autoclave body includes flat cover, convex cover and closed reactor body with human holes. The opening of autoclave cover can be designed according to user's requirements. The heating method includes jacket steam, jacket hot oil electric heating and other forms for users to order. Arbitrary selection. The surface of the autoclave body with polishing requirements can reach above mirror polishing level, and the material with high viscosity can be processed into conical bottom, which is convenient for discharging and cleaning.



Intelligent High Pressure Reactor

The magnetic drive device is the core technology for mixing materials in high-pressure reactor, and it is a necessary component for designing a pressure exceeding 50 bar. After the patent was published, it became the industry standard of pressure mixing equipment.

The magnetic transmission device will seal the parts used for stirring in the pressure environment, so as to completely solve the reliability of the dynamic seal between the stirring shaft and the reactor. Because the basic manufacturing materials of magnetic transmission devices are ferromagnetic materials (ferrous alloy, nickel-based alloy), the magnetic permeability is excellent, and the magnetic field passes through the alloy layer used for sealing almost no loss. The rotating magnetic field generated by the external driving permanent magnet can be effectively accepted by the internal permanent magnet rotor, and then drive the stirring parts in the reactor to mix materials.



Matters needing attention

1. The autoclave should be used at the designated place and operated according to the instructions. The test pressure, service pressure and maximum service temperature inscribed on the main vessel should be used within the allowable range.

2. The autoclave belongs to the precision equipment. The sealing rings adopt the form of conical contact sealing. By tightening the main bolts, they press each other tightly to achieve the purpose of sealing. Special care must be taken of the sealing cone surface to avoid any collision and damage. When the cover is installed, the reactor kettle body is first placed, and then the cover is carefully installed on the kettle body according to the fixed position. When tightening the main bolt, the kettle body must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically for many times. The force should be uniform and the kettle cover should not be inclined to one side to achieve good sealing effect. The tightening moment should not exceed the prescribed tightening moment, so as to prevent the sealing surface from being extruded or accelerated wear.

3. The pressure used by the pressure gauge is better used within 1/2 of its marked pressure. The pressure gauge is often compared with the standard pressure gauge and corrected.

4. The pressure gauge for oxygen should avoid mixing with other pressure gauges for gas.

5. Safety valves and other safety devices shall be equipped with instruments that have been regularly checked to meet the required requirements.

6. Attention must be paid to the accurate insertion of the thermometer into the reaction solution.

7. Keep the inside and lining parts of the autoclave clean.

8. When the plate flange cover is covered, the bolts located on the diagonal line should be tightened in the same order as the pairs.

9. When the measuring instrument breaks down, the front and back sides of its glass face are broken in most cases. Therefore, do not stand in these dangerous places when operating. When danger is expected, the glass should be removed and replaced.
